Terrible customer service twice over in terms of sub contracting for Reliance Home Comfort. Went an entire weekend without hot water, having to call repeatedly, being told they were "too busy", and "tomorrow is sunday . . . " They showed up very late with no courtesy call or apology. Very rude. I as well would suggest another company if you'd like proper/courteous service.

Some challenges with being on time resulting in having to come back a second day when it could have been done in one. I'm talking like 4+ hours late due to taking another non emergency job bumping me. Things happen but also had to take a second day off work. However quality work and friendly service. Also the only company I have had experience with who followed up with me to ensure i was satisfied, sent me a thank you for your business card AND A TIM HORTONS GIFT CARD! Who does that!?
Overall I would hire them again.
