Our family has just completed the purchase of a property at London. We have employed DKLM solicitors to deal with all the legal matters. We have been dealing with Nohman Sheikh & Luisa, they both are helpful and reliable. We come from Hong Kong and Nohman can speak Cantonese which certainly is an advantage to us, we can communicate clearly and efficiently which can help us to know the progress of the deal from time to time. As the corresponding seller is a BVI company which made the company search more complicated but Nohman went through the steps in detail and tried to protect our interest in every aspect. 1hour and 27mins queuing to speak with someone regards the fact they haven't replied to my emails in 2 months.... and counting - it's now 3:20pm apparently the busy time was 6hours ago... still waiting. Pretty ridiculous.
