Our experience with Stellavolta’s Customer Service is stellar! Frank, with Stellavolta, took his time to speak with me and my husband to completely understand our existing solar system set-up and our needs. He also took his time to have a conference call with Michelle from MidNite to discuss the best solar panel configuration and MidNite Charge Controller to best meet our needs. By the way, Michelle is fabulously energetic and full of true interest in helping customers and in representing her company. After all that, Frank was so kind to email us the links to the solar products we discussed for our system just to make it easier on us when placing our order. We are so grateful for Frank & Michelle taking their time to educate us and help us understand how our solar system will work at its optimal. Stellavolta’s Customer Service is unlike any other we have experienced. Truly Frank went above and beyond to help us. We are so thankful we came across Stellvolta’s website and couldn’t be happier with the guidance, support, and outstanding Customer Service we received. Thank you so much Stellavolta!

I had to jump on and give my 5-star review. From the moment I met with my Energy Consultant, Ms. Charity Prada, I knew I was making a solid decision for my home. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and driven to provide the best customer service possible. I loved her energy and passion for her job and she had a compelling presentation showing exactly why Sun Power/Freedom Power was the best solar option. Within a few days, the site assessment was completed by one of the most professional folks I have met in a long time. Tristan came and did what needed to be done in a gracious and friendly manner. He was more than happy to spend a few moments to give me details on what he was doing and what the next steps would be. So far, I am very happy to become a member of the Sun Power/Freedom Solar Power family. If you are looking to get solar and you are unsure of which company to go with...please do yourself a favor and call Freedom Solar Power!!!

Install was done very quickly. Really happy with the work done on site. You can tell these guys are true professionals. High quality install, materials and great price! Don’t mess with the rest, get the best with SRS!

As all 1 star reviews have stated, it’s all good and fine if things work, but once you have an issue of any kind, they are the worst customer service with no follow up. Am in San Diego and have had their solar for 10 years. They originally told us removal/install of panels would be no cost if we ever replace roof so I didn’t do it before installation. BIG MISTAKE! Prob my fault for not reading fine print but Sales are liars. We have been trying to work with them for months and it has been a complete mess. How hard is it to plan and execute removal and installation AFTER being paid $3,000. We go round and round with a new Customer Service Rep every time and still no resolution. Can’t even speak to a supervisor or manager. It’s laughable at this point. Biggest headache I’ve ever dealt with for a company. They give you an agreement for removal/installation that states they are NOT responsible for any damages during that process. Why wouldn’t you?! You’re the one doing the work! I would NOT, again, WOULD NOT, recommend Sunnova at all for your solar needs. Customer Service is non existent.

My Solar Energy provided excellent service from start to finish. They took the time to understand my energy needs and provided me with a customized solution that fit my budget. The installation team was professional and efficient, and they worked quickly to get everything up and running. I am impressed with the quality of their products and the level of customer service that they provide. I highly recommend My Solar Energy company to anyone considering solar energy.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Robert Karetny in October regarding my solar project which has already been installed in record time! Not only was Robert informative his personality is like a breath of fresh air. He had us feeling like family with his jokes and even made my wife make him a sandwich! She doesn’t even make me sandwiches! I’m waiting for the system to be activated right now. If your lucky enough to get Robert as your solar consultant trust me when I say it will be a grandiose time to say the least! If I could I would give ten stars instead of five

The installation process was fantastic along with equipment. Very professional.

Excellent work. The company I had previously worked with went out of business due to the pandemic. I was fortunately able to have the team at Houston Solar Energy troubleshoot the issues I was having. Especially big shout out to Walker for going the extra mile and being able to remote in and get everything working perfect again. I highly recommend them for your solar needs!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I would give zero stars if possible. I 100% agree with all of the other reviews in regard to exploitation. What makes it even more mind boggling and aggravating, are the responses from the company saying, "please message me directly to go over your bill." That's not what we are asking for, because when we call to "go over the bill" we get excuses and justifications on WHY the pricing is so high, and why YOU feel it is okay. Y'all really know what you're doing though, jacking up the prices because you're the one of the only gas and electric companies available in the area, so people will HAVE to use you regardless. TERRIBLE!!

I recently purchased an Island Packet 350. I needed to add Air Conditioning to the boat. I contacted numerous AC companies but some prices were very high and the low price companies had terrible service complaints. When SALT came out to give an estimate they were very professional and gave me a good estimate using a Dometic 16000 BTU system. They did an awesome job and the install was perfect. It did take longer than they estimated because it was a brand new install and not a replacement. What was amazing is they did adhere to the original estimate and no additional charges. I was so impressed with their work that I had them install all new batteries, solar charger and a new Legend wind generator. The owner was on the job every step of the way and all turned out great. Many thanks to the team at SALT!
