Sales reps were easy to reach, offered good advice, and everything pre-sale was fantastic. Just hope that after the sale you do not need any tech support, you will be ignored. I have called twice and left clear, simple voicemail both times - tech support line rings directly through to voicemail, a bad sign from the start. The first call was three days ago and the second call was two days after that. I still have not received a call back. Company is quick to make the sale but does not have time for you once your money has been received. Currently trying to get someone to call me back through the online chat on their website. I was told someone would be calling me shortly, but I have yet to receive a call. Dropping to one star - That's right, your team did try to contact me after I left this review and contacted your online chat. Since I live in the mountains where cell coverage is spotty, and was driving, it went right to voicemail. When I tried calling back I got the same run-around, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Third time, no luck. I've given up as it is apparent that you just do not care about the customer after sale. It is sad that I have to leave a lousy review and complain in online chat to get that ONE call.

I am super pleased with my 6 new Battleborn batteries. We use them in our 38 foot Lobster style power boat. Matt Adams was our sales rep and gave us top notch advice about alternatives for our engine charging, shore power, and our solar charging as well. Anyway, the folks at Dragonfly are helpful and I would buy from them again. Love that the batteries are much lighter than the old AGM’s too!

The whole team was professional, easy to communciate with and committed to customer service. On the day of my solar project's install the site workers were courteous, quick, and respectful of my property. I couldnt' be happier with Revision Solar and recommend them highly to anyone interested in investing in solar energy!

We recently purchased a home with two Solaflect trackers and have been so impressed by their customer and technical support. They reached out right away and sent out a service technician to give us a tour of the system, and were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the setup with our utility company. Recently, the WiFi to our panels dropped unbeknownst to us, and they quickly sent an email asking us to check on the connection. When we weren't sure just what to check, they sent a service technician out the next day. Jim was prompt, kind, and very helpful in quickly restoring the connection to our trackers. We highly recommend Solaflect to anyone looking to reduce their electric bill, build resiliency into the Vermont electric grid, and support a fine local business.

Solar me did an incredible job with roof replacement, EV charger installation and solar panel installation. From the beginning Jon Knox was very informative and helpful through out the whole process. He was there to answer all of my questions at all times. Their whole team was very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them. 5 Stars

GenRenew was very attentive to detail and got the solar electric system installed and approved in an expedient time frame. Very helpful after the installation with getting the paper work done to establish our account to receive the solar energy credits into our bank account. We will be recommending them to our friends and family for sure. Thank you very much!

My parents needed solar installation at their home in Sicklerville and contacted MACK. They responded in no time and set up an appointment minutes later. My parents are extremely satisfied and raved about the price, professionalism and friendliness from the MACK team. A family owned business is the way to go if you want quality work done with a smooth, professional process!

No details to share yet my service was just recently activated. No issues yet but I thought with a power outage I would still have power due to me not having a battery I would lost power that what was explained to me by the sales representative. I then inquired about a battery to go with the system I was told my home was to small then another time I was told they are no longer with the company that supply the battery and it would be a separate cost. I can give a better detail about this company probably in the next 3 months not right now

We met with Orbit Sales Representative Andrew Z. on 3/19/22 and signed up that day! Andrew was thorough, clear and we felt very at ease. The installation of our Solar Panels Ground Mount has been a smooth process. Everything was orchestrated by Orbit. I deeply appreciated having Andrew as our go to person regarding questions, issues or concerns, which were answered and solved promptly. I appreciate Orbit's communications, letting us know where we are in the process, what will occur and when. I am so grateful to work with a company that supports community and our planet. We are Solar 100% now. We are very very happy. Thank you Orbit!
