Update: 11/25/22 Updated to 3 stars thanks to Leslie for being proactive and having my reimbursement checks sent to me immediately as well as following up with the process. Panels have been finally approved after 4 long months and now we’re waiting for PTO. Just waiting for things to be completely complete and hopefully working without any issues 🤞. November 2022 At first everything seemed to be good, appointments were made quickly and everything seemed to be on time. In July 2022 had the panels installed, a month after had inspection and failed due to the company not giving the correct plans. I’ve already paid 3 months towards these non-operational panels and was told I would be reimbursed but I have not seen 1 dime! Fast forward to November 2022 and still have not heard any updates. I’ve sent several emails with no responses, had to follow up though phone call and just keep getting the runaround. This experience has been very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Revsolar was great. Brett and his team were true pros and found solutions to help make my system as efficient an affordable as possible. They did what they said they would do and have been responsive to my questions along the way since my system went online. I highly recommend them if you are looking to go Solar!

Installing my own solar sounded like a daunting task. I have some construction experience and can wire circuits from a sub panel for lights and receptacles, but solar I have no experience. GoGreen Solar made this task so simple, even a plumber can do it. I started this task by having them size a system for me and buying panels. I had some other issues with the building I was putting them on that was not permitted when I bought the house. So I had to get this done first, then I decided to put a new roof on before I put the panels up. This was a bout a 2 month event. Gogreen was able to store my two pallets of stuff for at least a month until I was ready to take delivery - no extra charge. Mean while they created the plans and I was able to pull my permit the first time from the county. After that they started on the PGE application to get permission to run. Ben Figueroa and all the staff there were so great to work with and answered all my questions very promptly usually with the same phone call or email. They made installation very easy. After I got the system up and running, my signed inspection was sent to PGE on a Friday and I got permission to use on Monday. Wow! If you want to save at least 40% on the price of a solar system and do it your self, I highly recommend GO GREEN SOLAR. I am averaging 55 KWH a day, and on a sunny day, 68 KWH a day with only 38 panels. Another company wanted to put up 44 panels and wanted to charge me 52000.00, I was able to get it up and running for about half of that. Not including tax incentive. I have been raving about the company to everyone I come across to let the people know solar is so easy to install and not pay the exorbitant prices these other solar companies are charging. Below is off my first PG&E energy use since I installed the system. The free monitoring is great too, which they set up for you. Mario was great in setting this up. Thanks GO GREEN SOLAR!

We installed solar with Semper a few years ago, and developed a roof leak that was caused by their installation. Upon contacting them, they eventually dispatched someone, but have been completely unresponsive despite leaving dozens of messages with multiple individuals to call me back just to provide simple proof that the repair was completed. This has held up our escrow of the house, and has been extremely painful.

My husband and I have been wanting to get solar panels for our house for a while. We have had several solar employees from different companies show up at the house and try to push their contracts on us. Noah from The Energy Company had a completely different approach. He was kind, professional, polite and very personable. He didn't make us feel pressured at all in saying yes. All of these qualities made us go with The Energy Company for our solar panels. Noah has been a person of contact for us every step of the way. He kept us in the know and made himself available to us if we had any concerns or questions. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the customer service we have received. Anyone I know who is interested in getting solar, I will be referring them to Noah and The Energy Company.

We received an excellent service from Semper Solaris right from the start. Roland Obana, our Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable in providing us with much-needed information. He has outstanding communication skills. He is very respectful and is passionate about what he does. His drive, determination and persuasiveness makes him an excellent Semper Solaris employee. The group of young men who installed the Solar panels were equally wonderful. They were very polite and communicative. The electrician as well was very skillful and explained things well.

SunMade Energy was a pleasure to work with from beginning to the end. Our solar educator, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Amanda, our project coordinator kept us up to date with all our documentation as well as the timeline of what we should expect. Installation was done professionally with qualified employees, respectful of our time and completed in a timely fashion. Julia, our customer service liaison went above and beyond by far to ensuring we were satisfied and assisting us with anything we needed. I appreciate everything she did and we never felt rushed but more like a priority. Thank you! Definitely recommend SunMade Energy to save $$$ with high quality service and product.

I was referred to Bob King and Semper Solaris by a friend. Bob was friendly, informative, on time and very polite. He was very patient in dealing with us and our four kids. Bob was very sweet to my mom who doesn't speak a lot of English and she still talks about him. Overall it was a great experience. Bob helped us make the financing work for our needs. We are very satisfied with everything. The guys that installed the panels were amazing. There were a few hiccups along the way, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Installing solar panels was the best decision we made. Our bill has been reduced by over 1/2. I have already recommended Bob King and Semper Solaris to my friends!
