Energy

We've had our panels up and running now for 3 months now. Jeff and his team have been great at setting expectations and responsive to my 100s of questions I had through out the process. They went above and beyond in their patience as well, as we were using the new Canada Greener Homes Initiative. The only issue we had was a delay in hooking up to the grid, but that was an Ottawa Hydro issue, and not Ottawa valley solar. I'd recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Timely service.

They replaced my batteries under warranty. No issues at all. They also tested another set of batteries at no cost. Overall good interactions with them.

Our solar energy installation has a Degger tracker unit that needed urgent repair. Within 2 days James was onsite to diagnose and repair the issue. Everything is now running properly and we were pleased with the price.

Very knowledgeable, flexible and experienced installer with polite and capable crew and electrical subcontractor. After thorough feedback on my initial research questions and after approaching several local and regional installers, it became apparent that Quantum Renewable Energy was the installer to work with. He is always available to answer evolving questions on solar electrical management and technical questions.

Excellent service. After 5 years of fighting problems from an improperly designed system, Helmuts advice, knowledge and great prices allowed us to finally sleep easy as our system now functions the way we intended.
