Excellent service and experience!! I’ve been seeing Martina for eyelash extensions for almost a year and couldn’t be happier. She’s super knowledgeable, uses high-quality products, and her work always looks gorgeous. She’s happy to chat, but also fine not to. I have oily skin, but the eyelashes last well until my refill appointments and I’ve never had any irritation. My RMT not only was friendly, strong and professional but also offered extremely useful advice regarding massage techniques to take home. Sam was great and my gel nails look perfect! Typically, estheticians don’t make an effort to start a conversation with their clients but the atmosphere here was different! A little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected for downtown. Will definitely continue getting my nails done here!

Im raiting it a 2 stars because I had some type of expectation going here for the first time, but the “esthetician” that did my service was horrible. She did not know what she was doing and she kept looking at me waiting for some kind of comment. My nails looked like they were painted by a 2 years old. At the end of the service she did not bother ask me if I liked it or not she just stated that my nails would look “better” with a top coat... I was uncomfortable the whole time and I just wanted to scream on how bad she does her massage and job. The “massage” was 1 minute? My friend’s esthetician was doing her massage for like 10 minutes. So annoying! If anything luckily I spoke out and the Owner had fixed my nails ... but It is annoying to feel that they have someone as carless and it would suck to have others go through the same situation.
