I've been going for 15 years. Need I say more?

Two days ago, I had permanent make up applied to my eyebrows by Sophia. She did a wonderful job, her vast experience is shown in every stroke, every little line she does. Her work is simply perfection. Sophia is one of the best cosmetologist in Ottawa and Sophia Esthetics one of the best spas.

Absolutely love my experiences here. The staff are very friendly and thorough. I can't wait until my next pedicure. Highly recommended.

Nathalie is amazing! It was my first ever wax (in an *ahem* sensitive area). Felt very comfortable. It was inevitably painful, but she very understanding and chatty, which helped distract me. haha Offered breaks if I needed any, answered all questions pleasantly.. definitely made my first experience an easy one. Also, I had cancelled my previous appointment same day, and she was very accommodating. I will be going back!!

Always a special treat. Over the years I have been pampered by the professional care Sylvie provides. No matter which service I use, pedicures, electrolysis and facials I always come away feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Thanks to this wonderful lady.

Quick and quality service with a smile! She operates the service out of her home but it's very professional. She didn't talk all that much but she did a great job on my upper lip waxing. I'm definitely returning here in the future!

Anthony did an AMAZING job on my hair. My hair has never felt so great. It is not often I run into a hairstylist like Anthony. He really has a passion for his job and does his best to go beyond what is asked of him. He also gave me some really great advice for my hair.

This is a great place to escape the Ottawa grind and relax for a spa day.
