Excellent service après-vente. Ils sont venus prendre le coussin, le réparer et le rapporter dans la même journée. Bravo!

Went in te store 10 minutes before they close. Said hi and went straight to the back of the store to grab what I needed, I knew where it was from a previous visit. So the guy at the cash yelled from far "SIR, WE CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES". So I left and will never go back. Bad service and prices and extremely high. Will order tools online for half the price from now on.

They have good textile materials for furniture

This has to be my favourite store in Val d'Or, I think the only store I go to more than Walmart or any other store! I always have great service with the ladies working there and love their prices and their specials! :)Thank you for a great year and have a very successful New year 2016! I give them a 5 star! Bonjour, je tiens à vous informer que cette entreprise a fait preuve d'un grand manque de professionnalisme. Je suis actuellement finissante dans le domaine du textile. Pour mon projet final, j'avais besoin d'information réelle et concrète. Ne demandant que peut de temps et ayant préparer toute mes informations à l'avance, je m'attendais à être reçu professionnellement et poliment. Je fais mes études depuis 3 ans et j'ai étais amener à parler à plusieurs professionnel du domaine, il m'a étais inculquer que les plus grande valeurs dans notre domaine sont le respect et l'entretiens de bonne relations. J'ai étais considéré avec mépris et sans respect. Nous sommes les entrepreneurs de demain. FUYER ! cette entreprise .

Very fast service, good selection of tech stuff, and people who know what you're looking for and can order it delivered either to your home address OR to the store as long as it's at any Staples or Bureau En Gros store. Their refurbished computers are very fairly priced, too!

A la caisse un vendeur Alex a propos de rien , M a parlé très brusquement à propos du prix, et aussi pour la carte de crédit et une autre fois pour me dire où était les épaulettes .il est très frustré, il ne peut pas travailler avec le public Je suis sortie du magasin et je lui ai dit que jui ferait un rapport.
