Middlebury Sew-N-Vac has the best customer service I've ever heard of. After a problem with my sewing machine, they worked relentlessly to fix/replace the machine. I'd recommend the shop and its staff to everyone who quilts, sews, or vacuums.

Absolutely amazed with the quality of the print and the fast shipping. Ordered 1 meter of the heavy satin with various small patterns on it that I had drawn at 100 dpi, but uploaded at 300 dpi. I was worried that the design might come out blurry or that some lines might not show up, but everything came out perfectly clear. I had originally intended to use some of the fabric for the interior pockets of a bag I'm making, but it may be too nice for that! Thank you Art of Where!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought in a shirt for embroidery, which they told me they'd do in a few days and get back to me. After receiving no news, I called a week later and they had not done it. I called two months later, and they still had not done it. It has now been over 4 months, they no longer have my 20$-worth shirt that I brought in and said they probably donated it after they moved locations. I now have to wait until the owner is back from vacation to get a hold of someone who can reimburse me for my now lost shirt.

Went in te store 10 minutes before they close. Said hi and went straight to the back of the store to grab what I needed, I knew where it was from a previous visit. So the guy at the cash yelled from far "SIR, WE CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES". So I left and will never go back. Bad service and prices and extremely high. Will order tools online for half the price from now on.
