Fabric Suppliers

We ordered 156 chairs with racks and a dolly and received same. In good order. However, though we received everything we KNEW was coming, and signed off on it, we were not aware that there would be an extra box (or boxes) with a complimentary steamer and extra glides for the chairs and instructions. Although these were listed on the packing slip, our Chariman did not verify that everything listed was there before signing off. We’re very happy with the chairs, but unhappy that the shipper did not bring out the extra box(es) which must have been in the cab because our order was the last one on the truck. Lesson learned: CHECK THE PACKING SLIP BEFORE SIGNING OFF!

Best place for fabric in Lethbridge

I have a small complaint. After 12 years a small cable in my recliner chair frayed and came apart. I called Matt at Ducan Industries and within one day he had a replacement part available for me at no cost. I put in the replacement part within about 5 minutes and now my recliner built by Ducan Industries is working just like new. Even though the recliner chair and the matching couch are 12 years old the fabric is of such good quality they look like brand new. Congratulations Ducan Industries on using long lasting quality materials to build your products. Also congratulations to Matt for his prompt attention to providing excellent customer service by providing me the replacement part in one day, with no charge for the part.

The new location is so tidy and spacious. Very nice new experience and the pricing is still good.

Great selection of craft materials and art supplies. A bit pricy, but they have stuff I cannot find anywhere else. They are Opel late also, which is very convenient.

Love this store. Helpful staff. Sad to see school supplies out already.
