So cool! Great shop in the heart of downtown!

My boyfriend recently purchased a yeti recording microphone from here. After using it a couple times the audio stopped working. We took it back (without a receipt) hoping that maybe we could get a replacement and Debbie went above and beyond! She got a copy of the original receipt off their system , gave us a full refund and checked the stock to make sure we could get a replacement or something better! If you have any returns or questions definitely see Debbie, she'll do everything she can to help. Great customer service, we will be buying from here in the future!

Watch for US prices on tags vs CDN currency. I'm disappointed that this company would bold a foreign currency when product is being sold in Canada. I understand Michaels is a US based company but you're selling in Canada. Otherwise ptoduft is ordinary and standard.

Great fabric selection all though a tad pricey

My granddaughter and I were buying fabric for princess costumes and the saleslady we had was very helpful and extremely nice. Great store.

Appreciate that they have stream lined their cashiers to a FIFO set up. Staff are still quick to say "that they don't have it" instead of provide guidance/help when looking for items.

Very knowledgeable counter sale person on sprinkles system . There is a lot of selection of sprinklers products. If you are DYI stop by and get some advices from them.
