I love this store its got all sorts of everything!!!

Truck license plate BRP-2535. 5:25pm, December 2nd 2016. Whichever employee was driving this truck off of the Henday Terwillegar exit does not know how to drive. Weaving wildly and, worse, not signalling at all. Really makes the company look bad...

I had the best cashier today. She was a young girl, but extremely friendly and polite. She even took the time to talk to my toddler. Definitely made the trip 100x better. Very great customer service!

Took my niece here for a birthday party, they did it in the craft room at the front. She made a picture frame and had a good time. Took my other niece walking through the store as we waited, lots of stuff to look at to keep her occupied. I'm not a craft person but would come back there for gift ideas in the future.

Has lots of different items! Definitely coming here if I do a house Reno!!

Great place to find every craft items needed. Although they do not carry all the items you would need to make bath bombs. They have kits for kids but not when you need citric acid.

Great service

Loved it here everyone so friendly will come aging

totally stunned at how long it took to have a 2' hydralic hose made up . both ends in stock cut and crimp two ends 55 minutes i had my mech with me on the clock imagine the cost of this hose?

We ordered 156 chairs with racks and a dolly and received same. In good order. However, though we received everything we KNEW was coming, and signed off on it, we were not aware that there would be an extra box (or boxes) with a complimentary steamer and extra glides for the chairs and instructions. Although these were listed on the packing slip, our Chariman did not verify that everything listed was there before signing off. We’re very happy with the chairs, but unhappy that the shipper did not bring out the extra box(es) which must have been in the cab because our order was the last one on the truck. Lesson learned: CHECK THE PACKING SLIP BEFORE SIGNING OFF!

Great little shop for car audio!

I have a small complaint. After 12 years a small cable in my recliner chair frayed and came apart. I called Matt at Ducan Industries and within one day he had a replacement part available for me at no cost. I put in the replacement part within about 5 minutes and now my recliner built by Ducan Industries is working just like new. Even though the recliner chair and the matching couch are 12 years old the fabric is of such good quality they look like brand new. Congratulations Ducan Industries on using long lasting quality materials to build your products. Also congratulations to Matt for his prompt attention to providing excellent customer service by providing me the replacement part in one day, with no charge for the part.
