We had porcelain tile laid in our bathroom. The staff was very helpful with choosing the design, color and matching grout. They answered many questions and gave us good advice. They were able to fit us into their installation schedule and got ours done in a timely manner. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! We are very pleased. Sid was pretty comfortable to work with. Punctual, responses quickly and willing to provide good customer service. I haven't compared a lot of providers but I think their charge is reasonable. The team seem to work pretty well together too. I would recommend them for flooring work.

Love the place very much and well priced products

We were off to a rough start, I had my appointment scheduled 5 months prior to the date to start my floors. I called 3 weeks before my appointment to make sure we were all ready to go and was told they will be at my house between 9a-10:30am. The Saturday before my appointment, I called again to make sure we were all set for that Monday. I was told they didn't have me on their books nor was there a contract or deposit drawn. We got everything squared away that Saturday and they were to start my floors that Monday. Monday came 8am I get the call from Jahlife-they can't start the job until the next day. They did get the floors all sanded that Tuesday and was told they were going to be back first thing in the morning. First thing in the morning was 3pm, then I was told that they were going to finish the job that Saturday-no call no show on Saturday. I got a call on Sunday morning that they could fit me in, but I was at work and didn't get the message. I finally got a call that Monday and was told they would be at my house first thing in the morning and to pay the final payment to Powers. First thing in the morning was 12:30p. This job took over a week and there was so much lack of communication. I work many hours and 2 jobs and my mother took a week off work so there was somebody at the house to let the workers in the house and I had to miss work that Monday so they can finish my floors. My floors really do look great, but I am positive if it was not for Powers, Jeff and Kevin. My floors would have never gotten done. I was going to do my living room floors but I decided to look into another company. I would have Powers do my floors but not with the company of RENEW FLOORING.
