I had installed hardwood on the main and 2nd floor of my house and reinstalled the old staircase.
They were so punctual, quiet, and great. Their Hardwood flooring job was perfect.
After reinstalling the staircase it was looked like a brand new one, awesome job.

I have personally experienced the shyster-like actions of Rick Moffatt and his Sales Manager Rick Penhallegon. Their floor tiles failed and then tried to blame our cleaning techniques as the cause. I provided a Chemist (expert witness), scientific facts, illustrations and factual arguments to Moffatt to prove we were innocent of his allegations all of which he ignored. After weeks of correspondence, I finally had to report him and his bullying tactics to the Canadian Ministry of Consumer Affairs and the Toronto Better Business Bureau with a 40+ page complaint. He was still unmoved and continued to blame our cleaning techniques without any proof. In fact, his own literature contradicted his deluded reasoning on the case. In my opinion, he doesn't understand the science and chemistry involved in his product, blames his customers for manufacturing defects, and thus doesn't honor his warranty.
