Flooring

Went to the Garden Shop for black plastic ground cover and couldn't find it. Asked an associate inside who pulled it up on the computer and told me that it was on the complete opposite end of the store. Drove to that end, walked in the door and the nicest guy at that register kindly showed me exactly where to find it. His name is ALEX and he is superb - a true credit to your store! He clearly knows the store and is very helpful.

Picking up items for the lake cottage. Got everything needed and turns out on sale. Sales staff helpful.

So many negative experiences. An appliance system half delivered because they didn't tell us their stock was different than inventory until the truck was on the way, service in the store is hit or miss, and our recent fence installation went horribly wrong because of total communication breakdown on their end. That includes neither the crew asking for plans nor the guy selling the fence assuring they got plans. They just showed up at my house empty handed with an "I dunno" attitude. The crew had a million questions for me that could have been addressed if my yard was properly assessed. The fence is currently improperly installed, incomplete, and one gate they actually assembled looks like a craft project. If I had not been home, they would have not done their job properly. I have two small children. My time with then was compromised because they weren't prepared. My fence is an incomplete eyesore because they didn't want to waste lumber. They won't be back for almost 2 weeks at the earliest of we rely on this crew which we won't. No idea what to do with all this lumber in my yard. They think leaving me with these messy piles of lumber and an incomplete fence is the better option. They think that leaving a mistake and saving lumber is a better idea then just putting up an extra 35 feet of fence until they can get back and cleaning up the mess that they left behind. Have talked to customer service about this. Was told they'd call me back today. Talked to a project coordinator last and she was emailing all involved. Turns out she was emailing the construction business' owner to alert him. Told him he knows all of this because he was part of the folly. Still waiting... I'm sure she is doing something, but I know I'm not the only person on her list of call backs so no idea when that will happen. Meanwhile, my back yard is still a mess until someone thinks it prudent to get over here to fix it. The standard of service is apparently to be okay with a mistake like this and then not do anything about it until it's convenient for them and the interim, they still already have money coming to them and we still don't have our finished product. Will happily update review when a resolution is reached.

Good selection of products but Home depot tends to be cheaper.

I was having trouble assembling my grill and Phil was very helpful assisting me with the problem. It is all together now. Lowes went beyond all my expectations in their kindness and help.

Usually everything I need in stock. My favorite store, Wise, VA.

Great place to find all your hardware needs. Friendly staff !

Very helpful with advice and expertise.

Great service! Lowe's associate really helped me find all the items I requested. Very knowledgeable about fastener and the dremel blades I needed to cut some rusty bolts.

this is the quietest place. i love it.

Solid Home Depot. They have activities for kids on Saturday’s which is nice.
