Flooring

Jared and Tony were easy to work with and completed the job on time. Jared came out to bid my floors for a kitchen remodel. We wanted heat under porcelain tile. The bid was reasonable and professional. When the installer Tony came out to do the work he was very nice and on time. He had great suggestions to enhance our value. One was a second heating probe in case one failed in the future. I would not have thought of that. We would recommend them to anyone.

We had hardwood flooring in every room except in the entry which had been tiled. The challenge was to remove the tile and install more hardwood while matching the existing floors and to keep it aesthetically pleasing. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they took extreme care to cover all areas that could get dusty. I would highly recommend them. Oleg and Andre were great to work with.

Our company vehicle was broken into while our employee was inside purchasing material. $4000+ of tools & material was taken. We have spent over $100k with Home Depot in the last year & they can't provide any help whatsoever. Worthless people are targeting Home Depot customers, knowing nothing will happen. They waited until our employee entered Home Depot. Video is literally pointless, since the quality is so poor & provides absolutely no identification except that he was a white male. That narrows the possibilities! You would think that a "home improvement/construction" supply company would install a top notch security system. Nope, they went the cheap route because they know it makes zero difference what happens when we exit their doors. Our rigs won't pull into their parking lots again!

We contracted for new hardwood floors with Jose Gramajo of Otto's Hardwood floors in March 2018. We built our timeline around his install and completion date. Jose kept in touch with me over the next few weeks and started the project of removing and reinstalling new hardwood floors on schedule with his crew. We stayed in the house during the installation and were pleased that the crew cleaned up each day which made the experience very livable. We had gutted our kitchen and removed all cabinets and fixtures. Jose and his crew removed the installed laminate flooring from our living, dining, entry hall, kitchen, family room and bedroom, then installed new hardwoods in all the areas. Our project was finished on time and on schedule, which helped us manage this project with the addition of a new kitchen and wine bar. I was impressed with Jose's professionalism as he arranged for the hardwoods and help us build our timeline to bring our project to completion. His crew was super, always pleasant and worked with a purpose. I would recommend Jose and his crew anytime. Dave & Susan Richardson. April 2018
