Flooring

This is the second time we have worked with Klink's Karpets to provide carpeting and flooring for our home. Their prices are competitive and they offer caring and personalized customer service. We definitely will be calling them again in the future for any more carpeting and flooring needs.

We ordered custom room darkening Hunter Douglas shades for 5 bedroom windows in October of 2016. We were very happy with them except for one problem. The widest shade would not stay up when opened. They were they kind that were supposed to stay up when pushed up with one hand, no strings involved. It came down 7-8 inches from the top of the window after being pushed up all the way. All the other shades worked fine. We paid $1715.35 for these shades, installed. I contacted Heritage Carpets and Interiors in June 2017 to request a repair or replacement of the shade that didn't work right. It took several weeks to get it back, and only after I called to check on where it was. We were very disappointed to find out we had to pay another $47.30 to have the shade repaired, and then to be told we were expected to reinstall it ourselves. After much discussion, the representative from the company came to our house with the shade and reinstalled it for us, and then gave us the bill for $47.30. We fully expected to have this done for us free of charge when we had had the shades for less than a year and one of them was malfunctioning. I do not intend to go to Heritage Carpets and Interiors for any future business. I do not recommend them based on our experience. They are not consumer friendly.

Ralph's Hardwood Floor team did an exceptional job of bringing our floors back to life! The process required them to completely remove the old maple white-wash finish and apply a beautiful walnut stain. We could not be happier with the results; It is as if we have a brand new home! The dust containment system is spectacular and there was very minimal dust as a result. The team left our home clean and looking beautiful. We highly recommend Ralph's for your floor care needs!

It's a beautiful place with many options to choose from. Michelle M. is my designer & is down to earth, and very honest. She doesn't give you the most expensive options unless that's what you want. She's a wonderful lady. She can recommend a contractor if you need one & the one she has recommended has been great thus far! I definitely recommend Gerrard's/1st supply if you're remodeling or building a house (for your kitchen or bathroom needs).

Great flooring choices and best service and the staff is friendly and not pushy. Thanks for all of your services!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We recently had our windows replaced. They look fantastic. They add so much more than curb appeal. Our house is warmer during these cold winder months. We don't hear nearly as much noise from the street as we used to. Also, we're breathing easier. Our old windows had mold and it brings peace of mind to know that we will not have that problem with these windows. Every single person that we've encountered along the way has been so helpful and friendly. Mike communicated everything clearly and helped us every step of the way. It's not a big crew, so you really get to know who you're working with. We were so happy with their work that we decided to purchase a storm door through Croixside as well!

Always great service at the pro desk
