Flooring

I went off Google reviews, and all I can say is buyer beware. I should’ve went with my first instinct when I couldn’t get a written quote. Floors had to be done twice and they are still very poorly done (sanding and finish issues). All the owner (Shane) could say is that he wasn’t happy with them either. However, check was cashed and he never came back over to look at them like he said he would. The refinishing does come with a one year warranty, but would rather not go through that again.

On Tues. 5/23 I visited the store. The only person there said he was an installer. HE WAS VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL. Sorry I didn't get his name. I explained I was in process of buying a home, needed 3 windows covered & in the near future, 2 bedrooms needed new floor coverings. I told him the home was on lockbox but I was having a home inspection the next day & could someone come out & measure? "Yes, either Glen or myself will be there". Fast forward..by 12:50 when nobody showed I called.th female who answered was curt w/ me "they're installing a vanity, how soon do you need these? In about 2 weeks, no closing date set yet. We'll you're cutting it kinda short. I said I'll be here for awhile will they be back in awhile? ( now she's sounding annoyed )...I don't have any control over that, they're in Clark. I'm by myself. We'll have to do it tomorrow AM. I told her the house was on lockbox, I couldn't confirm that. "Conversation over. This AM "Glen" calls, "I can come out this afternoon. Again I explain I don't have free access as I explained to the woman yesterday & I said, by the way I didn't appreciate how I was spoken to. He abruptly cut me off saying "that woman is my business partner & my wife, YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE "....& HUNG UP. THEY HAD MY NAME & PHONE NUMBER BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL & RESCHEDULE! THIS IS NO WAY TO BUILD PUBLIC RELATIONS ! THE ONLY STAR I GIVE THEM IS FOR THEIR KIND INSTALLER.

Julie was so much fun to work with on our house. She really knows her business and the products WWD provides. She didn’t push us one way or another. Julie tried to learn how we use the kitchen or bathroom, then made helpful suggestions that were tailored to us. She is a one-woman office, so she might be out measuring for cabinets, consulting at a job site or in the office with a contractor or client. We found that it is best to call Julie and make an appointment or leave a message. She always got back to us promptly.

Great people and th bes lines of carpet, vinyls, laminates and Steve is fantastic at cabinetry & countertops. They have granite and quartz and Wilson art too.

Great help in getting the cabinet layout design for my kitchen. Unfortunately when the cabinets came in one of the counters was mistakenly ordered by Wyoming Windows and cabinets as 3" wide instead of 13" and I was told that I would have too purchase a new counter even though it was no fault of mine that the counters was ordered wrong! With Wyoming Windows and Cabinets not going to take responsibility for their own mistakes then I think I would remain cautious doing business with this company!

Ok

Bought some lumber at Bloedorn yesterday and then waited in the yard for 10 minutes while several guys stood around by the fork lift. They watched me look on my own for the materials but I couldn't find them. When I returned to the front counter for help the assistant manager told me that it was my responsibility to go find an employee and interrupt what they were doing because they had "tunnel vision" while doing their jobs. He even said "watch, I'll show you how it is done." I thought their job was assisting customers. This has been a recurring experience in the 4 years I have lived here. I will be driving to Bloedorn in Powell from now on. There I am told what bay to pull into and an employee is waiting to load my truck.
