Flooring

The staff have great product knowledge and are very friendly! I was really happy with their product selection! The staff helped me choose the right floors and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them!

Always happy with the tile selection and the wonderful staff. I have been using Mainland Tile for all my renovation projects and have been very satisfied. The staff is very helpful and will assist you from start to finish with your project. The tile quality is the best in town. Definitely the place to go for any commercial or residential needs.

Fantastic Company! Amazing service, products, and prices! Highly recomended

This is a small family run operation. Sometimes that works but not this time. We ordered kitchen lino and was told it was in stock. day of delivery 5 hrs late and wrong lino. 2 weeks later, they tried again. this time 8 hrs late and again no one called me. Left 5 messages on voice mail. Found out their policy .... "they don't answer the phone if they have customers in the store" (???). If you have an issue, they will screen your calls to avoid dealing with it!! Finally got a call back saying they didn't know where installers were - NOW I find that none of the installers carry a cell phone (smart business practice 101). supposed to have come at 8AM but actually finished at 8PM. OK job but No Apology. Never use them again.

Visited Lumbermart Herring Cove road early November and showed them drawings of a shed I wanted to build. At the time I was the only customer in the store that I could see. The lady helping me at the desk was very nice seemed helpful but was not experienced with making up material lists. The guy with experience figuring these things out said he was too busy and that he could figure it out and get back to me. I left my drawings with phone number and some notes on what materials I wanted to use. It's now late December have never heard back from Lumbermart my shed is completely built. Kent building supplies was more then happy to make me up a material list and drop everything off to my doorstep. 2 Stars was for the friendly Lady that wanted to help me at the desk.

Nice company and people.

Best selection of carpets highly recommend these guys

We had our basement flooring done in the 5mm Gray vinyl planks. There was enough colour variation in the planks to fit with our modern colour scheme. The flooring is warm and comfortable to walk on bare foot.We had flooring store install it, their work is clean and neat looking. We also had our basement stairs done in the same flooring- I like the look. Will recommend Flooring store to all my freinds.
