Flooring

Excellent products and excellent staff. Thanks for continuously providing me quality flooring awesome customer service!

Pro Floors put in 1000 sq ft of laminate in my new house and it looks and sounds great. The underlayment is fantastic and the work was done flawlessly. I would recommend 10/10.

No better people to work with on my projects and great prices.

Friendly and helpful information.

We have not parked both our cars in our garage for 12 years! We called up Bob at Monkey Bars and he came out the very next morning. I was sold right away! We scheduled our install 4 days later. He worked nearly all day in 105 degree heat, and was so professional and courteous I was blown away! He even helped me re-arrange my boxes with the new unit he installed, as he knows what he's doing. I can't recommend Bob enough, and know I will be telling all my neighbors about his great storage systems.

Excellent job. Looks great. This was for my sister who is moving here next month so had to be good as I recommended you.

Generally I prefer Lowe’s to Home Depot, however, this Lowe’s has blatantly poor customer service. Aside from their primary listing on maps being altered to a patch of desert bushes off Scottsdale rd several blocks away, causing 10 min ten minutes to discover the correct location; I asked f 3 separate customers associates a simple question to receive the same unenthusiastic reply: “I don’t know”. Actually, one gentleman did relay some enthusiasm in his altered response “I have no idea”!” Nobody attempted to give any insight or attempt to investigate my question related to purchasing some of their merchandise. Very odd for a Lowe’s retail location, however, I’ll justly stick with their competitor moving forward as they have displayed superior custer service. Also, the primary listing with the wrong address isn’t accepting reviews, after reading them, no wonder why!

Really easy to work with

Home Depot has more supplies than any other Home Improvement store, but they still have a problem with not being able to find a store associate when you need help! A+ on product selection and Tool Rental, but C- on employees available to help. (Pug not included! LOL)

Too expensive

Overall they're ok however, their truck rental services are terrible. Had a truck on reserve they never called me to tell me it was ready so they gave it to someone else, called a second time to rent a truck and now they only have two trucks and you have to pretty much wait around until one is available, who's got time for that? Not very convenient.

Interesting place to shop. Lots of ranch supplies. Interesting decor items.
