Flooring

Quite a improvement on the quality of assistance. Was very pleased with the amount of help I was given at finding what I was in need of. Even helped with idea's on how to set up the proper design of my kitchen cabinets. This is the kind of service that makes one shop at the stores.thanks folks. Bill

I had hired them a few years ago to install hardwood floors on my top floor, They did a beautiful job, moreover everyone was extremely professional. I was so happy with the results that, last year, I hired them again to do another room. I have no problem recommending them to anybody!

Depot typical Home Depot but it wasn't and they didn't have what I wanted but they had a more expensive version and that sucks but I bought it might as well can't really tell most Home Depot's apart from each other but as far as they're concerned that I didn't quite a few of them this one's better than the majority of them was cleaner and and better stocked was also busier the employees that are in Canada or smiling while working seem to be doing their job and no real complaints I join there in a heartbeat they just seem to have a better selection overall and a much better appearance as far as the way they displayed their items

Sales staff was persistent on me getting a product I didn't want. They said they'd help me, I have not heard back from them.

They were on time, but everything else was terrible. The service guy guaranteed he could get the stains up, then charged me $300. The stains looked EXACTLY the same. So my wife called and talked to a lady who said "If you contact our supervisor we'll see about a refund". The supervisor was not in, so we were instructed to call back. Today we called back, and the new service rep we talked to was very rude. On top of that, my wife asked for the supervisor and the rep hung up in her face. She called back 20 minutes later to inform me that they can send the same tech out again, and that whoever mentioned a refund was wrong. I honestly would have never called if I knew the bill would be $300 and no results. Be careful if you choose to deal with this place.

I like it

Amazing flooring. It compleatly transformed the garage. Ed and his crew are top notch. I highly recommend them.
