Flooring

I walked through the elevator lobby on two floors at St. Vincent's and both of them, the new floors, that were just finished looked flawless. The crew that was out working so hard really did a fantastic job and were very respectful. If y'all get this please relay to the crew that did the lobbys that I think they did a fantastic job and thank y'all so much. It looks fantastic and brings happiness to my heart everytime I see it. Truly from the bottomed of my heart thank you. Do y'all do house work or just commercial

Beautiful items for the inside and outside of the home. Very friendly employees. Take your time enjoying browsing.

Love this place! Great service and good people!

High quality material. A little pricey, but it is definitely worth it!

Great company!! Hands down.

If I could give this company a -5 stars I would. Richard was very prompt for the sales call and the installers were on time. The problem is, the engineer wood they sold ($6500+) and installed scratches at the slightest touch, is hallow in multiple places, shows signs of discoloration, and is coming up off the floor after about three months. The installers also made several racial inappropriate comments while they were in my home. I called Richard when I first noticed the issues. Before looking at the floor he claimed I am making it up because I don't want to pay the rest of the money. After coming out he tried to offer some alternative explanation but finally admitted that the wood and installation was flawed and gave us a discount. Now after about 4 mounts the floor has severely scratched and broken because it came up off the floor. Richard is saying there is nothing he can do about it because he gave us the discount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Hate to say it but I had to turn down offering my business to this location. I was next in line to check out and once the associate Scott finished up with his current customer he just left the register. I’m sure it was to help load that customer, but nothing was communicated to me. I would have been fine waiting if he could have just acknowledged me as a waiting customer and letting me know he was about to step out. There was another cashier lane available but instead I turned around, put my products back on the shelf, and walked out without a purchase. Poor customer service
