Best flooring store in town!

Nice people professiona places

I hate writing bad reviews but my experience with these guys has been pretty terrible. I went for a more expensive flooring product ("luxury click vinyl") because they assured me it was outstanding quality. The flooring didn't last a year. I had to rip it all up and replace it with another product because it broke into strips from normal foot-traffic. Then these guys kept stringing me along with having me send pictures for proof (which I did) and they kept talking about a refund etc... Apparently I'm still waiting on them to work that out since I haven't received a call back for months. This place was a complete waste of time and money (~$2k!). My experience is that they have no issue selling bad quality products and that they DO NOT stand by their products. Save yourself the hassle and money by going somewhere dependable.

I had them install some floating engineered hardwoods. The pricing was very competitive, but the job took much longer than expected. This was mostly because the crew never showed up to do any work until mid-day usually and I had to have them come back at least 3 different times to fix problems with the install. A visually defective board was installed and other boards were scratched after install by the crew, so I had them come back and replace them with good leftover boards. I also had them come back and paint over the trim paint that was marked on the wall by accident. There was no supervision on the work, so it was up to me to make sure they fixed all the mistakes. Lastly, I asked them to run the saw outside so I would not have sawdust all over my house, which they did, however, they did it right outside the front door with the door wide open, so my entire downstairs was covered in dust anyway. At least the pricing was good.....but "you get what you pay for" does apply in this case.

Very responsive and timely schedule to install 300 ft. of unfinished Brazilian Cherry. Installation crew of Jody, Dennis, Juan & Antonio were easy to deal with, listened well to our requests, and did their very best to accomplish a good job despite having to work around obstacles. Highly recommend.

Amazing prices, great selection,& very helpful staff. Love this store!

The sales associate was very nice and courteous, seemed egar to help and answer any questions I had. If I asked about something he didn't have he graciously referred me to someone that did. No pressure while looking or trying to make decisions. Wish there were more like the associate that helped me. If memory serves, thre young man's name is Adam, but I make no promises.
