Installer came in and 74 yr old mother’s dog jumped on his leg. Installer thought dog (yorkie) had bitten him. Threatened my mother that he would hurt the dog if it tried to bite him. Upset my mother very badly. Owner apologized and the installer apologized but had already upset my mother. My mother waited outside until installer left. I manage people as well and if one of my employees pulled this stunt he would not have a job. Until this company can get their employees “on a leash” I wouldn’t let them in my house.

Having a great selection of carpet and area rugs is in itself worthy of five stars but when you add the quality service provided to us by the General Manager, Doug Walton, you truly have a winning combination that can’t be beat. Also noteworthy is the attention to detail and respectfulness of the installers. All around, five shimmering stars.
