Poor quality flooring. When I attempted to make a warranty claim, the retailer lied repeatedly about the process. Finally, when the retailer sent someone out to take pictures of the flooring, that guy stole $300 and the claim was still not filed. Terrible product, terrible installation, terrible customer service.

They didn't have the lock I needed, but the guy was very patient and helpful. He even went to check out and told the cashier to give me a discount since they didn't have the door lock I really needed.
Ricky's Warehouse Carpets

Has everything instock an so much chose from, like laminate, vinyl planks, tile, over 120 rolls vinyl & has at least 100 rolls of carpet to chose from. All instock with professional installers. & has the lowest prices in town. He saved me $200 on just one room of carpet compared to the other carpet stores in town & didn't even have what I wanted. Ricky's Carpets had it in stock. I very happy with my flooring. He deserves more than a 5 star but that's as high as it will let me. Thanks for a great job well done. God Bless Always, Gwen Odya

Typically I'm a Lowe's shopper but today I tried The Home Depot and was very pleased. I found a product that was listed at 50% off and it turned out to be mis-labeled but they honored it anyway. Check out was fast and painless. I entered the $5,000 sweepstake drawing they have running!

Friendly helpful staff, clean and well stocked. Great Home Depot.
The Home Depot

Great parking lot for easy in and out shopping. Any project I have ever accomplished, was completed after multiple trips to Home Depot.
The store is organized well -- not perfect -- but well enough. The workers are generally helpful, but, again, not perfect. I prefer to be told correct information, but, most of the time, the employees give wrong information instead of admitting they don't know the answers. Good thing the return policy is lenient.
