Ocean Flooring & Construction
3200 Highland Ave #305, National City, California, 91950, United States
Ocean Flooring is a very professional, knowledgeable and a hardworking group. We had 2500 ft. of hardwood flooring installed. From the detailed and transparent estimate (Gavin), through very meticulous and competent installation (Omar, Luis and Angel) and on time completion, it was a very smooth sailing. We had a few, Ocean Flooring - independent setbacks, but Ocean Flooring was able to accommodate us, suggest resolution and maintain courteous attitude. Very good company!!!

BEWARE!!! Not only you receive horrible customer service but this company does not use drop cloths! I had human feces tracked all over my house and front yard!! I reached out to my rep, Jason Rodriguez and he said that my issues were beyond his abilities and sent me to his manager! Not only that but they over charged me and never credited me for what they did not complete. I had my vinyl redone in 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, kitchen and dining room. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!!

Southbay Carpet Distributors

I worked with Southbay to redo all the carpet within my home, including 2 stairwells and 3 rooms. They gave me a fair estimate the same day and were able to set up my appointment quickly. Federico was very helpful in all and I am loving my new carpet.
