I have bought hardwood at Auctions, bought from other Ontario flooring Manufacturers, bought Big Box Bargains and imported Chinese deals. This Company is by far the best there is. I went to their Tweed showroom where I learned a plethora about hardwood flooring. My wife and I had a miliion questions, each answer was given with patience. We took four samples ($20.00 each) .My wife and Keri (Designing Durham) called Cooper several times to get thei question answered. We ordered over 4000 sq/ft of maple engineered stock.and the matching heat registers. Gaylord gave us credit for the samples and gave us a gallon stain so we could match out maple stairs. The flooring was delivered and allowed to climatize for a week. We decided to use Gaylords installers.(BEST MOVE EVER!!!!) i HAD BOARDS UP TO 16 FEET LONG. .They used a ton of staples /cleats to hold down the planks. I have no sqeaks. They took their time to make the installation right. A builder / developer friend watch the install and said"most professional install job he has seen in years" WATCH ALL THE VIDEOS. Your store really sucks, went into store to buy a 10 pack of buckets, could only buy on line, but they had over 700 buckets, they couldn't sell me in a 10 pack, I'm thinking because someone didn't care to make 10 out of 700.

I've purchased carpet from this business for several houses. Mike is easy to deal with, respects my budget and the install is good and fast. I recommend M & J. BTW: there is nothing wrong with discontinued goods as long as you know you may not be able to get more of it in the future.

I have found each person at Cabinet World to be professional, friendly and helpful; whether I needed hardware for cabinets (and the manufacturer was no longer in business!), flooring, or a simple piece of molding. I will definitely use their services again.

I wouldn't trust them to do something as complicated as flooring if they can't even park a truck.
