Won't stand by their product. Sony water / dust proof speaker. 12 hour battery life says the box, won't last more than 25 minutes. Won't exchange or refund because it had dust on it, " unsellable condition " says the sales guy. Why would you re sell a defective product to someone else ? Then gives me a hard time about the charge cord because it isn't the exact one that came with it. Same length same color, micro USB cord . He proceeded to open another speaker and compare fine details about the cord . Will never buy anything at the source again . 1/10 terrible service on a defective item. I have opened a case with Sony international customer relations . This is pathetic, I took it to Truro source the next week and it was returned for a refund NO QUESTIONS ASKED !! I will never spend $1 at the Amherst source again
