Furniture

Very helpful. All the used furniture is cleaned before it hits the floor. Delivery is reasonable.

The staff are amazing, they go the distance to help get what you need, they are totally cool, fun, make you feel comfortable and like you belong there. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Its is nice in there

Just so easy and friendly. My new fav

Great service , awesome furniture!

We were really happy with the service, and time they put into helping us. From walking in the door to the final sale. They were honest and were not pushy at all. We loved the buying experience with them, better then other places we’ve been to. When it comes to help after the sale, they lacked communication. We needed to get a piece replaced that was cracked. They said they can do it. However, we were met with the same responses each time we called and they where disorganized amoug the employees. Only one person could help us and that made things difficult if they were not in. I have not heard from them since. We did give up after awhile because more important matters needed our attention. So who knows what the result could have been if I called one more time. They do have a great selection and are extremely friendly, but the communication after the sale is lacking.

Really interesting and awesome place to buy antique stuff, friendly staff.

My wife restores antique furniture and brought Nicholas a seat pad for her current project. He did a great job with quick turn-around time.

Awesome - Great selections & prices!

We went to the Brick to pick out all new appliances for our new home and had the pleasure of working with a gentleman by the name of Carson. Carson was super nice, polite, very knowledgable, listened to what we were looking for, then asked questions, and then proceeded to show us different products. We made our decision, put a down payment on them, and then I just went in the other day to pay for them and order them to be here by mid August. So we shall see how the delivery end of it goes, but for now, we couldn't be happier for the great service that we received from Carson! We would highly recommend him!!

Excellent Customer Service, Friendly service

Favorite store to go a browse for those perfect items for your home! When I have a spare moment this is usually the store I stop at. Guilty!

their showroom people are excellent. We bought two sets from them when it came time to deliver. I was given a 3 hour window and waited 4 before I left with no phone call from them at all. U dont think I will purchase from them in the future.

You need to stop in and check out this Really cool shop down town Grande Prairie, very well organized. Beautiful gift baskets, gourmet food & jewelry . Beryl the owner is so sweet!

I will never shop here again. I bought three dresses when I was pregnant 4 years back, and later on that week I was at Walmart, found out that the dresses at Value Village were the SAME price as Walmart dresses and they were brand new!!!!!!!!! So I will never support Value Village, again. They are crooks. This store is suppose to be for people that don't make much in life. People that can't afford Walmart clothes even. Shame on you guys!!! I can't believe you even have people that want to work for you guys, obviously they need to shake there head and realize who they are actually supporting 😡

Horrible experience at this store! Purchased two items that malfunctioned and although the receipt says to return the items to the store where they were purchased, this particular store refuses to even offer an exchange on the garbage products they sold us. I would not recommend this store unless you like buying junk that they do not warranty.
