Well this can tire has been a real mess for a couple months. They switched all the isles around so all of the back isles are backwards. It's a very friendly and knowledgeable run Canadian Tire tho. They have expanded their product line also. Auto parts is excellent and we'll versed in their knowledge of parts. If they don't have they will refer you to what can tire or auto part store do's have what u need.

Used stuff is not pretty.... new stuff comes to be soo expensive what what it is worth

The staff at this Costco are always SO friendly and helpful. Trina and Clair at customer service/returns/membership are always ready with a smile, and everyone from the cashiers to the greeters to the optical and pharmacy staff seem genuinely happy to see each and every customer. It's clear that the stuff are treated well and like their jobs - their satisfaction echos in all that they do. The staff truly care about their workplace and their guests!

Very very poor customer service. There was 3 sales rep. in the store. One was dealing with the customer. 2nd was busy reading some story book, I asked him to help me with price, he referred me to the third one. 3rd sales rep was already mad for some reason. Didn't help me at all. I left the store because nobody cared. I would like to drive calgary or airdrie or even further but won't go back to okotoks store.
