Couldn't be a better place. They help out a lot of people that need it. The store is a great thrift store. Very friendly people working there.

I wasn't a customer here. But last winter I got stuck in the snow in the parking lot. The owner came helped me shovel and even helped drive it out. Very kind people. My mother has got upholstery done here a few times and they always do great work.

Any review mentioning Habitat for Humanity Restore is no longer relevant. The new location is still a minor inconvenience to get to depending on which direction you’re coming from, but ONLY because of some Google routing issues in that area. The only direction you can access Totom Ave is via Hwy 97 South (I know this as a result of a wild goose chase). Google maps will then tell you to turn right onto Totom Ave by Kal Tire, but is actually sign-posted as Loyd Rd from the Hwy. Loyd Rd is the little side road that runs parallel with the Hwy, infront of Kal Tire. You’ll want to slow down at this point, as the junction for Loyd & Totom is concealed after a corner, on the right hand side. The Collection Point is then all the way to the end, and clearly marked with a big red sign and flag. Due to all this chasing of wild geese, I ended up arriving long after the 4pm close time (4:40ish) but luckily the guys were still there and I was able to collect my order.

Fantastic experience all around; from walking in the door to delivery, all aspects of this company exceeded my expectations. Furniture came exactly as we ordered and most aspects of the furniture were fully customizable. I would 100% come here again and will recommend to others.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They work on commissions so returning to the same sales person will buy you some loyalty. The prices are about the top of the mark for furniture, but the quality is great.

Very disappointed with this company . Was told I would not be charged for a meeting and then was issued a bill for 250$ . For what anyone can do on IKEAS website . Would never recommend this company to anyone .

From initial contact to installation, our experience was great! Wayne took the time to ensure that we got what we needed for our space. The finished product is wonderful and is an excellent addition to our home. The installers were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business!

Wendy, our salesperson, was amazing. That's where the good service stopped. Our original delivery was almost an hour outside the 2 hour window we were given. Then in the process of assembling our electric reclining sofa the delivery guys pinched the wire causing the protective coating to split which in turn caused the exposed wires to short out on the metal frame. They took photos of it to show the owner so someone could come out and fix it. Fast forward 2 weeks with no contact from the company, I called to see what's happening and was told that no one knew anything about it. Wendy was able to track down the owner who had "forgotten" all about it. Tried for 2 more weeks to get someone to come look at, fix or repair the sofa. The only person who cared about our issues at the company is Wendy. The owner seems to have zero desire to please anyone.

Sheryl at your Kelowna location is fabulous. We've now spent over $10000 and keep going back because of Sheryl. She is a real gem and we are happy to have met her.

Great selection of furniture and fantastic customer service. My sofa bed was delivered quickly and set up perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Walked in off the street and got good help

Dante Fe Furniture carries a wide range of Mexican decor items. The owner visits Mexico yearly to select items and is very familiar with some Mexican artisans and furniture makers. She has also added some rattan and teak furniture to her selection of patio furniture.

Shannon did such a great job with my recent office renovation. She is fantastic and really knows her stuff. I would highly recommend!!!
