This shop is fabulous to work with for repairs. I love the quality of their furniture, if only I had more room to add a couple of pieces.

They just don’t care. I talked to an associate in sales and while we were talking she was discussing the “break schedule “ with her colleagues! She was particularly unhelpful when I asked for an item. She wanted me to come down to the store to get it (couldn’t be bothered to look it up or check!). So I looked it up online and it turned out they don’t sell it. The response, “Oh well!”

So far so good. Spent 4800 on an adjustable bed and tempurpedic mattress and slept like a baby for the first time in a loooong time. Spent 4 hours checking out beds in store before settling on mine. Sales staff friendly and knowledgable. Would highly recommend them

I bought a King Mattress Boxspring and Frame ,I went there to pickup but didnt fit my truck.Rick was so considerable he not only delivered for free ,he also set it up for me.Big Thanks Rick I will be back for more and will recommend to others.

Walked in without a tv... Walked out with a new one. Staff was extremely helpfull even though the manager had a busted up arm, she was still on the ball. Thanks for the 55inch curve tv. love it.

They were very nice. Let me look for a little while, then asked uf they vould help. I asked a questiin and tgey answered my request. I went nack and loooked at something else, and again they gave me a few minutes then asked if they could help. I decided to purchase a tablet. They helped me find a protective case, and looked after getting me to the cashier. I was happy!

Do not buy any Bunk Beds from this company unless you get them to assemble them for you. The pre drilled holes to connect the side rails to the head and foot boards do not line up and this makes them a nightmare to assemble. Also do not believe them when they tell you that this is not the case, I have purchased many many bunks from them over the last few years and this problem is on going. I will be posting a video on just how bad these bunks are to build on my YouTube channel Andy Commons Canada. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

I went into this store expecting another big box furniture store and was very pleasantly surprised. The sales staff introduced themselves and let me browse without the constant sales pitch. When I had questions they were quick with the accurate answer. When I narrowed down my decision they offered good advice not just trying to upsell. Even the delivery crew was quick efficient and respectful. In short this purchase went as smooth as silk and all of my future furniture purchases will be from this store.

The owners are helpful and friendly. A great place to go for long-lasting, reasonably priced pieces for your home.
