It is hard to find a place now a days that does recovering and foam work and these guys can do it all. I only gave them two stars because of how the business is run. If you choose to use them the price is much better than the bigger companies in town but just know what to expect. If they tell you two weeks for the job expect six weeks, if they quote you $200.00 expect $250.00. They many call you with questions but when you call to ask if the job is finished they loose you number repeatedly. The reason they can't find customers numbers seems to be the grocery shopping bag filing system they seem to have. They are also often not open during business hours so you have to call ahead don't just stop in, to drop off or pick up because they may not be in. But over all the work they do if ok so as long as you don't expect much you will be ok with this company.

Nishi was so sweet and helpful. I got an amazing price on the couch I purchased! I came to pick it up and it was a blizzard outside.... no problem, Nishi cut boxes up for me for the truck so the couch wouldnt get wrecked and away we went! Great service with a smile!

We ordered twin mattresses for our young son and received amazing customer service! Our salesman, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations that perfectly suit our now 3 year old. Patrick also was conscious of our price point throughout the process and helped us get what we needed and within our budget. He made the purchasing of these mattresses extremely easy and enjoyable.

Excellent service by Cheryl. She bent over backwards to find the perfect sofa for my 90 year old mother, who had a very specific wish list of requirements. She put one sofa on hold for us, while we continued to search at other stores. She finally settled on another sofa she preferred from a store in Lynden, but we both truly felt bad that the one from Samuel's didn't work out. We were so impressed with Cheryl's genuine helpfuness and thank her so much.

I found it very friendly environment and helpful to find what we really needed. Since I bought our mattress I have recommended to many of my coworkers and family.

While we were at the store the service was fine. However, I was supposed to call the store this morning to give them some information to set up our computer and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE in any department. That is very poor customer service. One star only.

Very reliable customer service and very nice furniture

I had an amazing experience with Ashley Furniture in Langley. I went into the store feeling stressed and overwhelmed with putting together a certain look in my new home. My salesperson Kim went above and beyond to walk me through choosing just the right peices. She even went so far as to relocate furniture in the store to show me what it would look like in my home. I can’t wait til my new furniture arrives. I will be taking pictures and bringing them in to her to get decoration advice too. Thanks Kim for turning my stress excitement. See you in October.
