Bought a sofa here today, delivery and arrival of actual sofa won't be for a couple weeks. So far though, we are very happy with the customer service. Everyone is nice but I would like to give a specific reference to Jade. She is very knowledgable and takes time to mention small details.

I stop in just to look around anytime I walk by. Lots of interesting things to checkout. I finally ordered a custom table top for my office sit/stand desk. He crafted the perfect size tabletop, on soft wood, with a live edge. It's a gorgeous looking desk at a more than reasonable price. I can't wait to get something else!

I purchased two outdoor sofas, 2 large chairs, 2 coffee tables, 12 patio chairs , dining table for 8 and square table for 4. The product i purchased is bright miami white wicker with stainless steel frames. cushions are steel grey. All the patio furniture remains outdoors during the winter and still looks good as new! It is 6 years old now and looks amazing!! After the winter i pull off the covers and wipe the wicker clean with warm water and its bright white in about five minutes! Even after all the rain and snow! The cushion fabric is better then boat grade fabric ! It just does not stain! If something spills simply wipe off with a hot water cloth. Its a great fabric for kids, parties, everyday use. This product looks as good as dedon and is equally as good quality for a third of the price! You will love this product ! Bring the cushions in during winter and you will find this product outstanding. Enjoy your new patio! The wicker wipes clean with hot water

I had one of the best shopping experiences at Stuctube on Hastings St that I have ever had. I purchased about $3,000.00 worth furniture. I have never been into Stuctube before and didn't know what to expect. The assistant manager helped me on this initial visit. He helped me pick items and made custom suggestions suitable to my needs. He was friendly and helped his fellow employees with kindness and calm as it was busy in the store. On two occasions after receiving the furniture (that I am thrilled with) I had to return and exchange some items. Both of these store visits I dealt with the manager. What I liked about him is that he not only was super accommodating but he came from a place of YES when I asked to to exchange two rugs with a lamp and return a chair I did not have room for. This is a busy store but the staff has the ability to assist each customer with care and attention. Amazing service and an awesome product. I am very grateful

Love this store and everything about it! Linda is absolutely amazing!! her advice on selections and knowledge are top notch. She knew exactly what we wanted, she was very helpful with picking out pieces for our new home!! we can't wait to pick out the rest!!
