Always excellent service at the South Granville store. The friendly staff is always so welcoming and informative.

I bought a lamp here and am very happy with it. The place ain't cheap, but it is not super expensive either, and the stuff is quite stylish and usually of decent quality. There is nothing that looks bad in the joint, so you can't really go wrong with anything from EQ3. The staff were friendly too.

I am shocked by the conversation I just had with the employee at this store. I was inquiring on delivery of my item and he ranted at me for five minutes, called me "incredibly stupid" (I'm not BTW) and hung up on me. Really? This is how to conduct business and build a reputation? I really wanted my lounge chair but I will not do business with a company that treats people this way.

I bought a Kai kristiansen lounge chair from this place, it was a good experience. Really beautiful collection of furniture in this store. I love my chair!

Good place with a well-curated selection of furniture and decor for your home. Lots of good little treasures at fairly reasonable prices as well as the occasional unique find. The website is probably 10% of their inventory, so best to go in person....

Very knowledgeable staff that weren't pushy

Very nice place, gorgeous furniture. Everything has a custom appeal to it. The guys are nice, but in general, seem unsure to approach. We'll probably buy a few things here, but not because of the help. Just a word of advice, your GPS will mess up the location, so don't rely on it. It's on the Southside of Marine drive on the other side of the interchange. Worth the visit if country furniture is your thing.

We had a bookshelf built that would fit into a pre-existing "pocket" in our stucco walls. For anyone who wants to create their own custom wood piece this is the company to use! Maria and her team were great from first meeting to final product. The measurements had to be exact for easy insertion and Maria was patient in working through this stage - she is very knowledgable and good at trouble shooting. Fast work and perfectly done - it slipped into place easily and looks great. Highly recommend this company.

I got a couch and small table there a few years ago and I was so satisfied with my choice that now I am coming back for a dining table. I really like that shop they really have a lot of very good quality selection and the owner is very friendly and doesn't pressure us to buy. Very happy!
