I just had Jackson and James replace a broken spring on my garage door. I was really impressed with Larry's work. The garage door is pretty old so we looked at the tooth joint near where the garage door opener attaches to the door (it was starting to give a bit). While fixing the spring, Larry reinforced the joint with a piece of metal. He also replaced another part that wasn't right from the original installation - all for no charge. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the integrity of their people.

Satisfied, service was fast. They know their routine and the guys who did the service were very knowledgeable.

I had purchased a logic board for a door opener in August, was sold an "used" board, that didn't work. They came to try and fix it, but still did not work. They took the used board back and I was told I would be credited, after numerous phone calls and e-mails, 6 months later ,still no credit?
