I reversed into our garage door a couple months ago we patched it up for the summer but there was a huge gap so we needed to replace the lower 2 panels to keep out the cold! Well I reached out to Lethbridge Door Systems Inc. (Jim Merke) and what amazing service we have been given from him and his staff! The guys (Conrad and Eric) were so professional and the pricing in our crazy world of costs of going up was super duper reasonable. This is a top notch business! Very happy customer! Thank you

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT THEM TO SHOW UP FOR A JOB AND THEIR FIX DID NOT END UP FIXING THE PROBLEM. NO BIG DEAL...CALL AND GET THEM BACK TO CORRECT IT. NOPE!! THEY ANSWERED EVERY CALL. SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE THAT DAY TO FINISH AND TWICE NEVER SHOWED UP. LOTS OF EXCUSES ON WHY THEY NEVER CAME. I CALLED J.W. GARAGE DOORS THE NEXT MORNING AND HE WAS THERE THAT EVENING AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. 20 MINS. DONE. CHOOSE YOUR DOOR SERVICE WISELY :)
