The replacement was done right away. It was completed safely and efficiently. Service was professional, prompt, and it was also budget-friendly.

I got tired of pressing the button of my door opener so it would close down all the way so I reached out to Garage Door Repair Brantford. They were able to set me up for a same-day garage door repair appointment. The technician was very clear about the problem. He identified faulty sensors and had them replaced within the hour. The cost was reasonable too.

This company is run by crooks. Stay FAR AWAY. My boyfriend locked himself out of his car at about 8:45am on a Tuesday. He called Minute Locksmith and they quoted him 200$. He refused and they jumped down to 140$. He accepted only because he had work so soon. I was later informed (by another locksmith!!!) that an honest (see: not a crook) locksmith charges 60$ for this service. On a side note: I see some extremely unprofessional responses from them regarding these reviews. Another red flag.

Universal Garage Door Repair Brantford is different from all the other garage door repair companies that I’ve tried. My door would only close halfway and then reverse. I thought the damage was big and serious, but the repairman assured me that I only needed garage door spring repair. He also lubricated my tracks.

We are a loyal customer of 5 Stars Garage Door Repair kitchener for never failing to render exceptional garage door service to us. We had to call them yesterday when our opener runs for few seconds then shuts off leaving the door unresponsive. The technician who came to our assistance had shown eagerness to resolve the issue. He tried some steps until he found out that the door was just manually locked. That worked like magic!

The cheap price comes at a price to the potential customer. BEWARE! I coordinated my movers and alarm company around the installation of a new garage door by them (old door is broken so I can't have the movers leaving things in there). I took an unpaid day off work for them to come in the morning, followed my the alarm company and then final the movers. These jokers call me the day before to cancel?!?! Now I'm stuck with alarm company, movers and a day off work. AVOID at all costs.

I purchased a brand new home and K-W Doors installed the garage door. When they first installed the garage door the bottom seal was cut too short and after about 2 months the top panel of the garage door had a seal inside it that had come out and so I called K-W Doors to have a tech. person come out to fix it as the garage door is under warranty. They told me they can not fix it and that they would have to order me a new top panel. Now It has been way over 4 months coming close to 5 months and finally they called me back telling me they had gotten the WRONG panel and that I have to wait for the correct panel(Let me guess I will have to wait another 5 months or MORE). During the 4-5 months of waiting me and the builder tried over and over countless of times trying to get a hold of them to get an answer on when I would have this panel fixed and it has been a nightmare due to them not calling back after leaving messages and when actually getting through to them there either always too busy to talk and that they would call us right back. BUT THEY NEVER DO. I just wonder how is it possible for NEW clients to get what ever they order right away but when your an existing client it takes them countless of months to order a garage panel. To me this seems like there waiting so your warranty expires and then they can tell you sorry but its not under warranty and now you will have to pay out of your pocket. As a frustrated home owner who cant use his garage I would recommend buying somewhere else as K-W Doors is a shady place to do business with.

Fantastic service! My garage door brok with my car stuck inside and they came out within the hour to help me get my car out and we're able to install a new door for me the following week!! I will be a return customer!!!

Great service and quick responses to emails and questions. However when getting my key duplicated i was told it was going to be "security key" a higher price then a regular key. He asked i write a review on the business and offer me a lower price. Seemed like a good deal until i got home and the keys didnt work on my lock. I wouldve been down $60+if he hadnt offered a deal to me. I went to Canadian tire shortly after no problem getting working keys.
