Garage Door

I called Brad regarding an unusual noise the garage door was making. He installed the equipment about a year and 2 months ago. He called 15 mins before the agreed time to give me warning of his arrival. After inspection of the issue, he explained what the problem was and replaced a part he noticed gave similar problems somewhere else. He did not charge me. I was quite pleased with the fact he stood behind the product he installed, he came timely to check the issue and had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend

I hired Universal Garage Door Repair Port Mood for a garage door repair service last Thursday, and I was so happy that it went well. Their technician performed a garage door opener installation. I had him replace my old opener because it was beyond repair. I am pleased that the service wasn’t expensive and the technician was very cordial.

I had a great time working with the garage door service expert from AAA Garage Door Repair Port Coquitlam. He was very knowledgeable. I hired him to perform garage door maintenance. He did a perfect job in checking the door components and applying lubricant on the rollers. I will always have my door maintained by their technician from now on.

It was a big problem when the garage door did not open completely. I had to manually push it up. I gave up doing this so I called Austin Garage Door Repair to help me out. They knew exactly what to do. After doing the garage door repair, the problem did not happen again.

Great service and knowledgeable people. Love their products.

Nothing but good thinngs to say. Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. Super speedy response time. I will never use anyone else for my doors.

I had nothing but a good experience with this company. The level of work was phenomenal!

Service was prompt and the work done was good but the final bill was WAY more than we were quoted and we didn't get the invoice for ages even though we offered to pay at the time of the repair. The labour charge was $150 which covered two people, one of whom was a trainee, who were there for barely a 1/2 hour. So, good, but was too expensive for replacing the rollers in a sliding glass door.

Helpful people they saved me a lot of money on new windows for my renovation.

I go to Windsor plywood often. They seem to have the best prices on treated lumber. Home Depot and Home Hardware are more expensive. Pete who works there is an amazing person. He is always smiling at least when I'm there. He is knowledgeable and eager to help you out. At Home Depot you have to hunt down an associate and they are always understaffed.

Called Ed and booked an appointment for him to look at & repair my broken garage door. We set an appt for the next morning “between 10-11 am”. He did not show and no phone call! I waited 2 days and still no sign. Called again and left a message asking to set another appoinment. I have never heard back. I’m no longer interested in trying to do business with this company.

Excellent wood collection combined with excellent knowhow and service.
