August 14th: Paid 50% deposit for order of custom windows and doors. Windows are quoted roughly 3-4 weeks, doors 8 weeks. Oct: 26th: Notified of partial order of windows is available. Windows delivered (10 weeks since order placed). Nov. 15: Notified partial order of windows arrives at Northern Comfort, scheduled to be delivered Nov. 17th, delivery cancelled due to cost of delivery. We rented a truck to pick up the windows (13 weeks since order placed). Nov. 21st: last window available. Still no date on when doors will be (14 weeks since order placed). Dec. 12th: 3 doors are now available. (17 weeks since order placed). Will update when order is finally fulfilled.

My mom and I chanced upon Cambridge Garage Door Repair Masters when we surfed the net for garage door services. We gave them a try because we badly needed garage door spring replacement. Our door will not open. Later we found out that we have a frayed cable, which the repairman replaced.

Not very reliable, once door was ordered the wrong color was shipped. Installation postponed till the right door was delivered. Installation was then promised for yesterday morning. Received a call from Greg saying they will install in the afternoon instead! Waited all day and no one showed up, got no further calls on rescheduling, simply have not heard anything from them again. Very disappointed! No idea when and if we will get our new door! In the meantime our garage is useless to us since the old door has been broken for 5 weeks. A somewhat unprofessional company leaving the customer wondering. A simple phone call would have been the least bit of courtesy they should have done. As per their quality of door and installation I cannot comment, we are still waiting

The serviceman from Garage Door Repair Cambridge did a great work with my weather seals. I know they are a famous garage door service company here, and now I understand why. The guy was an expert on residential garage doors, and he knew the exact dimensions of the seals for my door.
