Garage Door

The contractor who built our garage had contracted with Regal Doors to install the garage doors and the motor to open them. We had bought the motors at Canadian Tire and both ended up being defective, they needed to be replaced. Regal Doors were slow to respond to our call for help and slow with their follow through, so we reached out to Anderson & Ross. They returned the call immediately upon opening the next day and within an hour and a half they had a technician here. He quickly and professionally replaced the motors with better units and took the time to walk my mom through the keypad and functions. I was impressed with their customer service and timely response.

Seven windows installed so far, done efficiently, with almost no cleanup required afterwards. Searched for one of the best rated windows I could find and found them at NNE. Invoice number: 559

Door guys is a great company for all of your garage door, automatic door, and electric gate needs!

Don't bother with this company. They'll just waste your time. I booked an appointment to have garage door openers installed. I was told I would be called the day of the appointment to be given a time that they would show up. By the afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I gave them a call. No answer so I left a message asking when they would be coming. Nobody showed up. I never got a reply, even after giving them 24 hours to respond in case there was some sort of extenuating circumstance. I had booked a day off work specifically for this and this company completely ignored me after we had made arrangements. Don't bother with them unless you're prepared to be disrespected and to have your time wasted.

I called Garage Door Repair Oshawa at 8 am on a Sunday morning to repair a damaged garage door cable and track. My door was an older one but the technician didn’t pressure me to replace it with a new one. Instead, he meticulously inspected my problem cable and track and repaired them very quickly at an affordable price. I will always use them for any garage door service I would need.

Oshawa Garage Door Repair provided an impressive garage door service. It was quick and it was done accurately. We had our garage door remote programmed and it only took their technician a few minutes to get it working. We had no trouble using the remote since that day.

Unlike others who would like to come in before saying a quote, this gentle person asked for a picture of the problem i had on my gate and immediately responded with his price which was the most reasonable and he is very good hearted, well mannered and professional. The service was great.

Exceptionally friendly. I found them to be extremely honest and very inexpensive.

Funny and friendly

Brandon is a very good guy to talk to. This place would be my future garage door store.

“When In doubt, tell the truth” – Mark Twain I am a truth seeker, I see bad reviews online and like to contact the company involved to get their side of the story and then post it for them. If you are looking for the truth, or at least the companies side, look no further! Dear Robert Robby, After calling the company and asking what happened with this situation and customer, I was given a much different story. To start, the sections that were ordered with the wrong size holes was a MANUFACTURERS mistake, not Superior. Superior was on the phone with the manufacturer numerous times to try to get the section to arrive correctly. Apparently there was some issue in production. When this customer called to “voice their frustration” I was told that was her yelling and cursing at the office staff, I’m not surprised the office “tone” was not professional – who likes being yelled at? I was also told that after this woman repeatedly called and harassed the office staff she was told in no uncertain terms that no one at Superior wanted to deal with her and to have her husband call in. Once her husband called everything was fine, arrangements were made to have the correct (not the first panel they tried to previously give to the customers, that was in fact wrong and therefore unusable) installed. When the installer (who by the way is not that young, and regardless of age is quite experienced at his job) went out to meet with the husband (who did not need to take any time off work, and had been previously advised of this) had no issues with the installation of the new section and was told by the customer that they were happy with how it looked. Since then, I have been told this customer has not called in at all to let anyone know at Superior that there is still an issue. I should also mention that the customer was told not to pay until the correct section was installed. Needless to say I think this customer owes the company an apology!
