I called late in the evening after making 3 other calls for assistance. My garage door would not stay closed. It was coming down and then right back up. It would have been a safety/security issue if left open overnight. The gentleman who answered the phone listened to the sounds of the door over the phone and asked many questions. He was able to correctly assess and talk me through this problem so that I could close and lock the door. He went above and beyond what most people would do to help on the phone. I was very grateful for his help.

Thankfully the job was completed that same day. I took this chance with the technician at my home and asked him to install safety cables as well. He did! Loved the service, the technician and the immediate response!

He worked on my garage door extensions springs, because one of them snapped. He immediately provided a replacement for the other spring. He really did well in repairing the door.

After a strong storm, I realized what a mistake it was to not have weather striping installed on my garage door. I called Northern Garage Door Repair Calgary when I got the chance and I was lucky to have got to them first because apparently other people were already in line when they installed weather striping for me.

I think these guy's are under new management or something, because I used them and then checked the google reviews. I know that's backwards. Anyway, they were fantastic! I had a broken spring on my garage door and they explained over the phone the proceeder, came out that day and fixed it as well as replaced the other spring too. So polite and professional. I own a few properties and will use these guy's exclusively.

Knight is not the first company I called to replace a broken window frame and both sealed units. The first one as slow, unprofessional and just seemed not knowing.
