On the third time, she said "it doesn't matter". Well, there is no store front or business location that they are willing to reveal. This doesn't sound good to me.

I just had Jackson and James replace a broken spring on my garage door. I was really impressed with Larry's work. The garage door is pretty old so we looked at the tooth joint near where the garage door opener attaches to the door (it was starting to give a bit). While fixing the spring, Larry reinforced the joint with a piece of metal. He also replaced another part that wasn't right from the original installation - all for no charge. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the integrity of their people.
