I contacted Palliser Doors for a quote on a large garage door and I found them to be very professional. The quote was accurate and timely. They installed the door when promised and workmanship is very good. The invoice came shortly after installation was completed and was identical to the quote. I will definitely use Palliser Doors service again.

Had my rear window broken on Sunday, they had me booked in Monday afternoon after calling for an appointment In The morning, Excellent service, window looks great. They went the extra mile and cleaned the glass out of the bed and interior of the truck and no tape marks were left on the outside of my truck from my temporary patch job. Great job. Thanks.

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT THEM TO SHOW UP FOR A JOB AND THEIR FIX DID NOT END UP FIXING THE PROBLEM. NO BIG DEAL...CALL AND GET THEM BACK TO CORRECT IT. NOPE!! THEY ANSWERED EVERY CALL. SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE THAT DAY TO FINISH AND TWICE NEVER SHOWED UP. LOTS OF EXCUSES ON WHY THEY NEVER CAME. I CALLED J.W. GARAGE DOORS THE NEXT MORNING AND HE WAS THERE THAT EVENING AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. 20 MINS. DONE. CHOOSE YOUR DOOR SERVICE WISELY :)
