Nathan and his crew are very responsive. Twice they have came after hours to fix doors that have came off the hinges and wont close properly. Both times were a friday night in the winter. Highly recommend

I called around and spoke to some door and window people asking for door shims. The other businesses first claimed to not know of such a thing until I told how to install them and then proceeded to tell me that nothing like that can be obtained here. I came across Odessa and asked. The girls in the front right away said yes we have those and grabbed some for me right away. This is an item that any door installer does have but for some reason does not want to admit to this knowledge. Thank you Odessa for being up front and actually helping me instead of trying to part me from my money for something that is not needed. Excellent service

Awesome place to chill out and kill time

Ordered rake head window to replace a leaking pre-existing sealed unit in home. S.A.W & D person was very cordial and helpful over the phone when ordering. I provided dimensions and requested window to be crated for transport so I could transport over 50 km logging road. Couldn't inspect when I picked it up. When I opened crating to install window, I noticed the window had a label which indicated that one side was supposed to face outward, but that side was contrary to the information I provided. When I contacted manager, I was told to disregard the label because it was simply meant to indicate the optimum orientation for heat reflection, but it didn't actually matter that much! So then tried to install window and it wouldn't fit in opening despite me giving the exact measurements of the originally sized window. I then measured the new window and found out that one of the sealed panes was fully 1/4 " larger than its mate and therefore wouldn't fit in opening. I had to spend 30 minutes grinding window down all along the 40" length with a belt sander. What an absolute hassle! I would have been stymied if I hadn't had a belt sander and 7 spare belts available. While I was working on it, I then noticed that the sealing spacer between the panes was all crooked at the apex of one of the three corners. I went ahead and installed window and put on trim and luckily the crooked spacer was mostly covered up by the window trim. I thought I'd call the manager just to let him know that the quality assurance for the window could use significant improvement. I was simply told that there was nothing that he could do and that there is always a bit of "squirm" as the windows cure, and therefore a 1/8" margin is needed to allow expansion/contraction and the crooked spacer is unavoidable. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of all the various anomalies that I encountered. From my experience photos probably wouldn't have made a difference anyways. What did I learn? Inspect product before driving away with it, and maybe deal with a business with better quality assurance practices.

Unfortunately I have paid a deposit to this company and they have missed three scheduled appointments for installation. I've had very little communication from them, and despite multiple request have not spoken to anyone since I paid my deposit.

We just had our new garage doors installed and absolutely love them! From the initial call to the pre-install survey to the install the team at Garage Door Depot delivered. Super efficient with excellent customer service, we are highly satisfied. Thanks Katy & Shane!

Experienced staff & lots of affordable options available,

I signed a quote with Legacy for $498 and when the job was finished an additional $50 had been added . When I asked why the signed quote wasn't being honored the owner? Edith? claimed an extra expense for the " expertise and knowledge " needed to install an extra wire. The technician completed the job in the original estimated time so I couldn't understand why the extra $50. She was very condescending and felt a signed quote was irrelevant .Too bad .For this reason I will never recommend Legacy Doors to anyone and off course will not be using them in the future.

Very happy with the two new garage doors we purchased from Anchor Door Service. Mike K provided fast & friendly customer service throughout, and we appreciated his input on door style and color choice. Installation happened just like scheduled by personal & efficient installer. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
