We had a broken door latch on our front door. Since you can't seem to buy just the latch part itself, I was trying to find a similar style of door handle to buy. I found out Westcoast Prehung Doors had supplied the doors for our townhouse complex, so I called to see if they could tell me what make and model handles were used. They went above and beyond. They told me they had some parts in stock and if we brought out the door handle they would see if they could replace the latch part. My husband went out there this morning and came back with a new latch which works perfectly.

An excellent experience. We had a bay door that needed immediate attention so we could lock it down for the weekend. the problem started just before noon and by end of day we had a great fellow come out and fix our door in excellent fashion and timing for a reasonable price. Hats off to you guys!!!

Horrible customer service. I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior and called the day of the service and was told that they didn't even have me in their books for today or any day. I was told that they were swamped and could not help me today even though I took the day off for the service. They did not want to try to squeeze me in either. I had also ordered a part that they had in stock and were going to bring out at time of service. Will not ever try to work with this company again. They actually told me to try calling someone else, didn't try to reschedule (which I would not have done anyway). When trying to call their company I very rarely am able to get anyone to pick up the phone.
