When I walked out to the garage the other morning I tried to open the garage door and heard a loud clanking noise I did not like. I began to inspect the door and realized I had a broken garage door spring. I grabbed my phone and called Langley Garage Door Repair Pro. They were willing to send a tech out on the spur of the moment and he had the problem fixed in a hurry.

I observed that our garage door is out of balance. I needed it checked immediately for safety purposes. I contacted Certified Garage Door Repair Langley to deal with this problem and glad their technician attended to my concern quickly. He said that one of the rollers and tracks was torn, which he repaired. I got an excellent garage door service from their technician.

Just a terrific experience. Extremely attentive before during and after; we needed a service call months after installation - Mike came the next day, it was no charge. Great follow up and attitudes. I highly recommend this company!

Very Reliable if they tell you they are going to do something they do it.

Their website states that they service all makes and models. I called and had a repairman come. He said they do not service my type of door. I would have to pay $250 to replace the spring on a later day, and on top of that, I was expected to pay a $100 service fee today. I called and spoke to a lady who said she was the service manager. She had no explanation as to why the website states that they service all makes and models, when in fact they don`t. She told me I was lucky, because they normally charge $150 for a service call. This appears to be false advertising, and is certainly very poor service.

Door itself is very good looks great exactly what we orderd. The installation was a joke was told I had to silicone some and touch up paint work. After about a week it the deadbolt did not line up and didn't close. Numerous attempts to get this rectified fell on deaf ears beware!

We are very happy with the roll up door we purchased for our home. The space saving feature was key for us, and it looks great and works well.
