I go to Windsor plywood often. They seem to have the best prices on treated lumber. Home Depot and Home Hardware are more expensive. Pete who works there is an amazing person. He is always smiling at least when I'm there. He is knowledgeable and eager to help you out. At Home Depot you have to hunt down an associate and they are always understaffed.

Service was prompt and the work done was good but the final bill was WAY more than we were quoted and we didn't get the invoice for ages even though we offered to pay at the time of the repair. The labour charge was $150 which covered two people, one of whom was a trainee, who were there for barely a 1/2 hour. So, good, but was too expensive for replacing the rollers in a sliding glass door.

Called Ed and booked an appointment for him to look at & repair my broken garage door. We set an appt for the next morning “between 10-11 am”. He did not show and no phone call! I waited 2 days and still no sign.
Called again and left a message asking to set another appoinment. I have never heard back. I’m no longer interested in trying to do business with this company.
