The shaft that drove the chain to open our garage door sheared off Sunday afternoon making it fairly inconvenient to get into my garage/workshop. Called Harbour Door on Monday at noon and the door was fixed by 10am Tuesday. The technician arrived right at 9am and did a great job. Great customer service on the phone and the total follow through of the job made for a good customer experience.

I called all the local overhead door companies around Duncan and Nanaimo for and emergency call out as we had a firehall door stuck halfway down and they all said they were busy for the next few weeks! So I called these guys in victoria and they sent someone out same day from Victoria to fix it! He did a great job and I would recommend these guys for any commercial or residential overhead doors.
