Store has good selection of items for work wear or casual. Prices are comparable to other stores of its type.

Store is clean and well stocked. Baked goods are delicious (fresh delicious desserts and large variety of fresh baled breads). Produce is always fresh and has good selection. Large parking lot and is attached to mall (no entrance from inside store to mall)

i called yesterday to transfer my access tv box from basement to my room....the agent told me i have schedule for 8am to 10am...i woke up 8am and wait till 1030am....no technician showed up...then i called again today around 1030am to follow up...and the agent told me that they dont do that....to move the tv from basement to my room in 2nd floor....and i said who stupid customer to called for that...as i told to agent is my box not the tv....im very dissappointed to the agent who receive my call....thats why i called yesterday so that they can schedule me today...because im off today...no one can assist when im in work because my wife just gave birth last week....poooooor service to the agent....

An item I wanted to purchase was showing as being in inventory, two actually. I went to the store, they were not on the shelf so I had to ask customer service. I waited away from the counter but within sight. After a much longer than needed wait and still no sign of the product. I went up to the counter and they told me both the products were damaged and unsellable. A day later, they are still showing as available in store. SO, unable to order them online, meanwhile 40 kms away there is no inventory, so they are available online. That being said as well, after many trips to CTover the last few months, they don't really seem to be too keen on provivding good customer service. An example was my spouse and I were in the store, and wanted to purchase a piece of furniture in a box. I asked an employee for assistance getting it to the car. He helped load it into a shopping cart. It was much to large making the cart hard to navigate. Another customer in the parkig lot had to help get it into
